S – Situation

สถานการณ์ คือ อะไร
Set the context clearly


เริ่มต้นด้วยการบอกสถานการณ์สั้นๆ ไม่เล่ายาว ไม่ออกนอกเรื่อง
Start by briefly explaining the situation so HR can understand the context.



T – Task

หน้าที่หรือความรับผิดชอบของคุณ
What was your responsibility?


บอกให้ชัดว่าคุณต้องทำอะไรในสถานการณ์นั้น
Explain your role and responsibility in that situation.



E – Execution

คุณจัดการอย่างไร
What did you do?

เล่าการกระทำของคุณเน้นการคิดเป็นระบบ การสื่อสาร และการทำงานเป็นทีม
Describe how you handled the situation, focusing on actions and decision-making.


P – Positive outcome

ผลลัพธ์และสิ่งที่เรียนรู้
Result and positive impact

จบด้วยผลลัพธ์ที่ดีเชื่อมโยงกับผู้โดยสาร ความปลอดภัย หรือทีม
End with a positive outcome and what you learned from it.


Example ใช้ STEP 


Q: How do you handle a difficult customer?

S: Once, I had a customer who was upset about a delayed service.

T: My responsibility was to calm the customer and find a solution.

E: I listened carefully, explained the situation clearly, and offered an alternative.

P: The customer became calmer and appreciated the support, and the situation was resolved professionally.
