  Trick: อย่าโทษที่เก่า → เปลี่ยนเป็น “วิสัยทัศน์อนาคต + การเติบโต”
  
  Sample Answer:
  “I’m grateful for my previous role, but I’m now looking for a position where I can grow in a more international and service-oriented environment like aviation.”

  Trick: เลือก weakness ที่ “พัฒนาได้” + มี action การปรับตัวชัดเจน
