คำถาม Tell me about yourself ถือเป็นด่านแรกของการสัมภาษณ์ลูกเรือและงานบริการอื่น ๆ ที่หลายคนพลาด เพราะเล่าชีวประวัติยาวเกินไป หรือตอบไม่เป็นโครงสร้าง วันนี้ครูก้อยทำสรุปให้แบบง่าย ๆ ว่าเราควรตอบยังไงให้ ปัง และดู professional ค่ะ

เทคนิคหลัก: ใช้โครงสร้าง Past Present Future หรือ Present Past Future ทั้งสองแบบใช้ได้ แต่ขึ้นอยู่กับว่าอยาก เน้น อะไรเป็นจุดขาย

• 1) Past Present Future
  เหมาะกับคนที่อยากเล่าจุดเริ่มต้น และค่อย ๆ เชื่อมโยงว่ามาถึงตรงนี้ได้ยังไง เหมาะกับเด็กจบใหม่
  เหตุผล: มี story telling เล่าเรื่องชีวิตเป็นเส้นทาง เริ่มจากพื้นฐาน ปัจจุบัน เป้าหมาย
  
  ตัวอย่าง:
  "I graduated in Communication Arts, where I developed strong skills in public speaking and teamwork.
  Currently, I am working as a hotel concierge, which allows me to interact with international guests daily and improve my customer service skills. In the future, I would love to bring this experience to the airline industry and become a cabin crew, where I can deliver excellent service on board."
  
  
• 2) Present Past Future
  เหมาะกับคนที่อยาก เปิดตัวเด่นเน้นประสบการณ์ เริ่มจากปัจจุบันที่มั่นใจที่สุด แล้วค่อยเล่าถึงสิ่งที่ทำให้มาถึงตรงนี้ และปิดด้วยเป้าหมาย
  เหตุผล: ดูกระชับ ชัดเจน เหมาะมากกับเวลาจำกัด
  
  ตัวอย่าง:
  "I am currently a customer service officer at a luxury hotel, where I handle guests requests and ensure
  their satisfaction. Before that, I studied English major and also worked part-time as a barista, which helped me build strong communication and problem-solving skills. Looking forward, I aim to join your airline and contribute my passion for service and teamwork to the cabin crew team."

• ถ้าอยาก เปิดเด่นเน้นประสบการณ์ตรง ดึงความสนใจทันที ใช้ Present Past Future
  

• ตอบไม่เกิน 1 นาที
• เน้น skills & experiences ที่ตรงกับ cabin crew
• ปิดท้ายด้วยการเชื่อมโยงกับ อนาคตในสายการบินที่สมัคร
