หากเกิดเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉิน สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดคือการ รักษาความสงบ และ ทำให้ผู้โดยสารรู้สึกปลอดภัย ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนความปลอดภัยอย่างเคร่งครัด และใช้วิธีการดังต่อไปนี้:

ควบคุมสถานการณ์ด้วยความมั่นใจ พูดด้วยน้ำเสียงหนักแน่นและชัดเจน เพื่อให้ผู้โดยสารเชื่อมั่นและปฏิบัติตามคำสั่ง

ให้คำแนะนำที่ชัดเจนและกระชับ ใช้คำสั่งที่ง่ายต่อการเข้าใจ เช่น "ก้มศีรษะลง!" "ออกทางนี้!"

ดูแลผู้โดยสารที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือเป็นพิเศษ เช่น เด็ก ผู้สูงอายุ หรือผู้ที่มีความบกพร่องทางร่างกาย
